How should I ship my clock/watch?
We recommend the USPS as a primary shipped and FEDEX as a backup. Please be sure to insure it which normally is a small cost.
How should I pack my clock/watch/music box?

Use a sturdy double walled cardboard box if possible and use bubble wrap around the item with additional bubblewrap/peanuts/inflated pillows added on all sides including top and bottom so it it is supported by the additional packing material. This is the best way to ensure it is safe.
How will I know its arrival/Reshipment ?

USPS uses tracking for your package and we will also follow up to let you know it arrived. Also we provide tracking back and between these times our website uses a unique tracking system called Repair Trak to show the status of your service. Additionally you can also call or email us and we will be happy to let you know.
